We handle every request properly.

When you submit this form, we record the date and time of receipt and notify our Information Officer. We aim to respond within 30 days. Before acting on a request we may need to verify your identity, and we may contact you to do so.

If your request concerns information held by a company that uses Sixees Labs, ConfluxIQ or Babel Shield, that organisation is responsible for it — we'll forward your request to them and let you know.
